Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Web To App mobile application (the "Service").
Terms of Refund Policy
Once you order your apps, we pay our developers to successfully convert your website to an app. Therefore, Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. does not provide refunds. We provide other client demo so check before order. This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to any services from Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. App through Access As a customer, it’s important for you to make sure you read and understand all conditions before making any transaction with us, to avoid any possible misunderstanding in the future.
Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. Service Fee shall not be refunded in case of cancellation or refund of the transaction.
Transaction Agreement
User cannot use the service to harm/abuse anyone or any firm. User cannot use any bad words in the text that harms a person directly or indirectly. The User understands and makes a transaction only after accepting all of our terms and conditions mentioned below.
Account Termination
We have rights to forfeit the all/partial credits and terminate your a/c at any time if we found you using it for illegal campaigns or in breach of DND agreement or any terms and conditions listed in this page.
Pricing Policy
Charges has already defined in Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. App when you make transaction so kindly look in to the same before make any request.
Legal Action on Illegal Usage
We track your IP & geo location of your logins every single time and are saved in our database for security. Any illegal use, if found, we might first terminate your a/c and might take Legal action on you if the case is in severe breach of ours & Gov.’s terms and conditions.
Payment
We only accept payment behalf of Razorpay Payment Gateway.
You hold informed consent information with Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates in connection with the Services and/or for the purposes of sharing with governmental authorities as and when demanded under Applicable Laws, for the purpose of transaction tracking, fraud prevention, or otherwise required pursuant to regulatory authorities’ orders and/or notices including but not limited to notices under Section 91 of CrPC.
Prohibited Services
The Users understand and agree that any interactions and associated issues with the other Users and/or the third parties with whom the Users interact through the Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. App or the third party whose services the Users avail through the Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. App including but not limited to any service-related issues, any Prohibited Conduct issue, any fraudulent activity is strictly amongst the Users and/or the third party and the User shall not hold Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. responsible for any such interactions and associated issues. If the Users decide to engage with other Users, the Users do so at their own risk.
Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. cannot assure that all the transactions will be completed nor does Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. guarantee the ability or intent of the Users to fulfil their obligations under any transaction. Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. advises the Users to perform their own investigation prior to selecting and/or interacting with the other Users on the Mob 4 Vision Pvt. Ltd. App.
Account Termination / Changes on Charges
We reserves the rights to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to increase/decrease charges on any transaction anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to terminate/suspend any of Our Terms & Conditions may change often, so kindly check out the page once in a while before making any commitment.
You are advised to review this Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms & Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
